Julie Kopf, MSW, LCSW, RPT, RYT
I'm a Licensed Clinician Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist with over 20 years experience in schools, preschools, hospital & clinical settings.
Trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, directive play therapy & Theraplay, I utilize an array of therapeutic modalities to best support your child and family. i practice from a strengths-based, trauma-informed and attachment based lens. Additionally, I'm a registered yoga teacher and Certified Provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol.
I enjoy practicing & teaching yoga regularly as a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and am trained in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga with Youth. I'm excited to offer family yoga classes for families of all ages!
Spending time with my husband, three kids, and two dogs are some of my favorite things to do. I enjoy traveling with my family, especially to National Parks. Hiking, practicing yoga on mountain tops, dancing to 90’s music, and eating amazing food, watching soccer games & sewing are some of my hobbies.

Initial Parent Consultation: $225 (60-90 minute session)
Individual Play Therapy Session: $150 (45 minute session)
